Otd Emily Weingartner Otr/L

Emily Weingartner, OTD, OTR/L, serves as the Occupational Therapy Manager at Laughlin Children's Center since March 2023 and has also held the position of Direct Support Professional at PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania since June 2022. In addition, Weingartner worked as a Pediatric Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist at Vital Pelvic Health and Wellness from January 2024 to June 2024 and as an Occupational Therapist at Premier Therapy LLC from April 2023 to January 2024. Weingartner's experience includes a Doctoral Capstone at Pediatric Therapy Professionals where a quality improvement project focused on enhancing parental involvement in child development was implemented. Previous fieldwork includes positions at Kids Choice Pediatric Rehab & Therapy Center and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital, where Weingartner performed evaluations and developed goals for children and clients to promote independence. Academic qualifications include an Occupational Therapy Doctorate and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from Duquesne University.
