Bobby Norman Cscp

Bobby Norman, CSCP, has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Bobby currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Compass Health Network since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a member of the Operational Excellence - Transformation Team from March 2021 to August 2022. Bobby also held the position of Distribution & Logistics Manager at St. Luke's Hospital from September 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Supply Chain Operations Manager at BJC HealthCare from April 2018 to September 2020. Bobby's long-standing experience includes working as a General Manager at Cardinal Logistics LLC from January 2006 to April 2018. Bobby started their career in healthcare management at Healthcare Management, Inc. as an Administrator from November 2003 to January 2006. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Administrator at Missouri Veterans Commission from November 2001 to November 2003.

Bobby Norman, CSCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Additionally, they have a Master of Science degree in Human Services from Southeast Missouri State University. Mr. Norman also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the same university. Bobby furthered their education by obtaining an Integrated Supply Chain Management Certificate from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University.

In terms of certifications, Bobby Norman has obtained several. Bobby is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, which they obtained in December 2019. Bobby is also a Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) from the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), which they achieved in January 2020. In addition, they hold a Supply Chain Warehousing Certificate, developed by ASCM in partnership with PROLOGIS, which they obtained in May 2022. Most recently, in February 2023, they obtained an ASCM Supply Chain Procurement Certificate from the Association for Supply Chain Management.
