Dr. Nikoletta Tamas

Dr. Nikoletta Tamas has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Dr. Nikoletta currently holds the position of VP People & Culture at Patient21 since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief People Officer at DCMN from October 2019 to May 2023. Dr. Tamas also served as the Head of Human Resources at MODOMOTO | Curated Shopping GmbH from July 2014 to September 2019. During their tenure, they successfully managed two mergers and implemented various HR strategies to meet business goals. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at Babbel from January 2014 to June 2014, and as a Legal & HR Advisor at Fonpit AG (ANDROIDPIT / SUPERCAT) from June 2012 to December 2013. Prior to entering the private sector, Dr. Tamas worked as an HR & Legal Advisor at Rebate Networks from January 2011 to June 2012, where they were responsible for managing employee relations and providing labor law advice to international portfolio companies. Dr. Nikoletta also served as a Legal Advisor at Rebate Networks from January 2011 to November 2011. Dr. Tamas began their career as a Legal Expert at the Ministry of National Resources in 2008.

Dr. Nikoletta Tamas began their education at the University of Miskolc in 2002, where they pursued a degree in Law. Dr. Nikoletta successfully completed their studies in 2007, earning a Diplom - Jurist. Following this, Dr. Tamas furthered their education at Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained an LL.M degree in German Law. This program catered specifically to lawyers who had graduated from other countries.
