David Salinas

David Salinas has over 10 years of experience in operations and contract administration in the healthcare and research industry. David started their career in 2010 as a Financial Analyst at the Children's Research Institute, where they later served as a Financial Coordinator. In 2013, they joined the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) as a Contract Administrator, responsible for negotiating and managing contracts for their research networks. David later became a Senior Manager in the Operations - Research Infrastructure team at PCORI, supporting the management of the master agreement for Coordinating Center Services with PCORnet.
