Onboarding Coordinator at PatientPoint

Erica Terwort began their work experience in 2003 as a CSR at PharmaCare, where they answered phones in a call center and assisted pharmacies with claim adjudication and patients with mail order prescriptions. In 2004, they joined FedEx Office as a Customer Service Specialist, where they worked with larger customers to fulfill special print jobs, negotiated pricing and handled larger orders. From 2011 to 2013, Erica worked as a Pharmacy Billing Specialist at Triplefin, updating insurance information, adjudicating claims, and managing enrollment for key clients. Erica then transitioned to PatientPoint® in 2013, initially serving as a Relationship Manager before becoming an Onboarding Coordinator in 2014.

Erica Terwort attended the University of Dayton from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, General.
