Glenn Keighley

Executive Vice President Engineering & Software at PatientPoint

Glenn Keighley has extensive work experience in engineering and software development. Glenn is currently the Executive Vice President of Engineering & Software at PatientPoint, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Outcome Health from 2017 to 2021, serving as Vice President of Software Engineering and Product. At Outcome Health, they led various functions including software development, product management, UX, supply chain, media, and PMO.

Before joining Outcome Health, Glenn was the Director of Software Engineering at athenahealth from 2015 to 2016. During their time at athenahealth, they played a key role in overhauling the company's 100-developer R&D organization as part of a transformative strategy led by the CTO.

Glenn also worked as a Founder at AsA from 2013 to 2015, where they created the leading mobile client integration for Rally Software's agile project management solution. The product gained Integration Partner status from Rally Software and was chosen as their official mobile integration solution.

From 2013 to 2015, Glenn served as the Senior Director of Engineering at FirstRain, a company providing algorithmically-curated news intelligence to sales teams. Glenn was responsible for all application development and successfully implemented native solutions across Android, iPhone, and WinMo platforms.

Prior to their role at FirstRain, Glenn worked as the Director of Engineering at ICIX from 2012 to 2013. Glenn was responsible for mobile development, QA, and enterprise customer projects. Additionally, they identified and addressed critical issues in the company's core architecture.

Glenn's earlier experience includes working at Epocrates from 2006 to 2012. Glenn held various positions at Epocrates, including Director of Mobile Applications Development, Manager/Senior Manager of Mobile Applications Development, and Software Engineer/Technical Lead. Glenn led the development of the Epocrates Electronic Health Record System's mobile client and spearheaded the transition to agile development practices. Glenn also managed the development of Epocrates Rx and Epocrates Essentials for the Android platform and played a crucial role in developing Epocrates for iPhone, giving the company a competitive advantage.

Glenn Keighley completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2001 at Durham University. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
