Heather Haines

Onboarding Coordinator at PatientPoint

Heather Haines has work experience in various roles and companies. Heather started working at the Center for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery in 2014 as a Medical Receptionist, where they scheduled appointments, answered phone calls, and handled patient check-ins and payments. In 2015, they joined London Computer Systems as a Customer Experience Coordinator, supporting trainers and implementation teams and managing the LMS system. Currently, they are an Onboarding Coordinator at PatientPoint®, a position they have held since March 2023.

Heather Haines has a diverse education history. In 1980, they began attending Loveland City Schools, where they focused on studying music until 1993. Following their time at Loveland City Schools, Heather enrolled at Crown College from 2005 to 2009. At Crown College, they pursued a degree in Christian Ministry. Recently, in 2021, Heather attended Transformation Academy, obtaining various certifications in life coaching. Heather completed the Goal Success Certification, Master Certified Life Coach, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) programs at the institution.
