Jaime S.

Jaime S. has extensive work experience in human resources and business partner roles. They started their career in 2006 as an Exercise Physiologist at Edward Hospital and later worked at NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Cardiac Exercise Physiologist. In 2009, they joined Cenegenics Medical Institute (USA) as an Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Counselor. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Consultant and Exercise Physiologist at Renuil and as a General Manager at LifeStart Wellness Network.

In 2013, Jaime transitioned to a career in HR, joining HomeFinder.com as a Human Resources and Accounting Generalist. They played a key role in implementing payroll and HRIS systems, launching mentorship programs, managing benefits administration, and improving employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

In 2016, Jaime moved to Placester, Inc. as a People Operations Manager, where they focused on integrating company cultures and ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Outcome Health, first as a Human Resources Business Partner and later as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. They were responsible for talent selection, talent management and development, internal policy development, people analytics, compensation management, and HR operations.

Most recently, Jaime joined PatientPoint as a Human Resources professional. They held various roles, including Senior Director of HR, Compliance, and Total Rewards, where they led total rewards strategy, compensation advising, and implemented COVID-19 related policies and protocols. They also served as a Director of HR Business Partner, providing strategic guidance to various business units, and as a Senior HR Business Partner during the integration of Outcome Health and PatientPoint.

Jaime S. holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, which was obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Jaime earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University, spanning from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell College, where the field of study included Fitness & Wellness and Art from 2000 to 2004. In terms of certifications, Jaime has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the SHRM Certification institution in July 2018.
