Cedric Harris has over 20 years of work experience in customer support management. Cedric started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Support Manager at PATLive, where they were responsible for hiring, developing, and managing the performance of customer support staff. Cedric ensured that every customer received the best service. In 2006, Cedric joined Tresta as an Answering Center Recruiter and later became the Staff Manager, overseeing the operations of the answering center. In 2012, they took on the role of Customer Support Manager at Tresta, where they continued to focus on hiring and developing staff members and ensuring excellent customer service.

Cedric Harris attended Oviedo High School from 1996 to 2000. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2005.
