Jamil Alajrab has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jamil is currently the Co-Founder & Head of Engineering at Pattern Ag, a recommendation and product discovery platform focused on soil understanding. Prior to this, Jamil worked at The Climate Corporation for several years, starting in 2008 as a Software Engineer and later taking on the role of Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Lead. During their time at The Climate Corporation, they played a pivotal role in delivering groundbreaking weather insurance and precision agriculture products. The company was successfully acquired for $1B by Monsanto in 2013. Before joining The Climate Corporation, Jamil worked as a Software Engineer at SureCircle and completed an internship as a Software Engineering Intern at Visual Active Media. Overall, Jamil's work experience showcases their expertise in software engineering and leadership roles in the agriculture and technology industries.

Jamil Alajrab completed a Core: Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Birzeit University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
