Silvia Früh

Silvia Früh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering at HARTMANN GROUP since November 2015. In this position, Silvia is integral to the global HR Leadership Team, overseeing the HR Business Partner team that supports HARTMANN’s Global Functions and Business Divisions, while also partnering with the Woundcare Division as a Global HR Business Partner. Previous roles include Director Lead HR Business Partner and Senior Manager HR at HARTMANN GROUP, and prior to that, positions at Bilfinger where Silvia led the HR function for the Industrial Fabrication & Installation Division and managed personnel development. Silvia took a parental leave from July 2014 to October 2015 to spend time with family. Educationally, Silvia holds a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Tübingen and completed a Research Fellowship in Work & Organisational Psychology at Aston Business School.
