Arnauld Demoulin

Arnauld Demoulin is the SVP, Business Area Customer Brands at Paulig Group. Arnauld has held this position since December 2018.

Previously, they were the CEO of Van Genechten Packaging from June 2017 to December 2018. Arnauld joined the family-owned business as CEO; a converter of carton packaging for major brand owners, employing c.1 700 employees and generating c.€260m Net Sales. The company owned 10 production sites across 7 Western and Eastern European countries with its HQ based in Turnhout Belgium.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, they provided emphasis on an overall vision to create a ONE COMPANY approach.

Arnauld developed and executed a strategic plan that embedded an integrated process and organization. In addition, they introduced new processes and formats to enhance the management of people and overall performance.

Before that, they were the Owner and Administrator of ARLIPASE from January 2001 to December 2002.

From July 2002 to May 2017, they were the General Manager Mature Retail Markets at Ontex.

And before that, they were the S&M Division Mgr at Robert Half Interim Management from January 1993 to December 2000.

Arnauld Demoulin studied business and commerce at Ichec Brussels Management School and AEB.

They are on a team with Anu Pires - SVP, Human Resources, Sarah Tähkälä - SVP, Legal, and Juha Väre - CFO. Arnauld Demoulin reports to Rolf Ladau, CEO.
