Dennis Dumsha

Dennis Dumsha has extensive experience in the metal finishing industry, most recently serving as a Global Approval Manager at Pavco Inc. from July 2010 to the present, focusing on product approvals and marketing the HyPro™ family of compliant chemistries. Since July 2018, Dennis has taken a semi-retired path while remaining involved with Pavco. Prior roles include Business Development Sales Specialist and Worldwide Product Manager at Atotech, where responsibilities included leading international sales teams and transforming European processes for global markets. Dennis began a successful career at Atotech USA, where positions spanned from Sales Engineer to Marketing/Sales Specialist, effectively driving sales and strategic direction in the North American market. A graduate of Delaware Valley University with a BS in Business Administration, Dennis has a solid foundation in both technical and sales roles within the industry.
