Isaiah Mouw

Isaiah Mouw, CAPP, serves as the President of Municipal at PAVE Mobility since March 2023, where the company provides a free parking compliance service utilizing license plate recognition cameras. As the Executive Producer of The Parking Podcast, launched in March 2019, Isaiah explores the parking and mobility industry through bi-weekly episodes. Isaiah holds the position of Chairman of the CAPP Board of Directors at the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) from April 2017 to June 2024, promoting excellence within parking professionals. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at REEF, responsible for municipal operations, and Executive Vice President at Impark, where Isaiah directed on-street management. Earlier experience includes Chief Operating Officer at Parking Enforcement Solutions and Vice President at Republic Parking System. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a Certification from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tennessee Temple University, and a certification in New Urbanism from the University of Miami.
