Kathryn Payne

Kathryn Payne is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Pax8, Kathryn previously held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Remitly. Notably, Kathryn spent a significant tenure at Amazon, where roles included Principal Program Manager for the Amazon Future Engineer program, Head of Learning and Employee Experience, and Senior Manager for Global Learning and Development. Prior experience also includes leadership positions at Intrepid Learning, Inc., where Kathryn focused on analysis and design as well as instructional design. Academically, Kathryn holds a BA in History from Northwestern University and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University.
