Senior Director, Engineering at Paxos

Josh Giles has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Josh has worked at Paxos since 2017, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to roles including Software Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Engineering. At Paxos, they were also the Project Lead for Paxos Standard, a USD-backed stablecoin cryptocurrency.

Prior to Paxos, Josh worked at Google from 2013 to 2017. Josh started as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, and Manager. Their responsibilities included leading a team of engineers focused on security and privacy in Google Apps.
