Katie de Voto

Katie De Voto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Katie currently works at Paxos as a Senior Manager, People & Talent Partner. Prior to this, they were at Cars.com, where they held two roles: Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner and Senior People (HR) Business Partner. At Cars.com, they led the HR Business Partner team supporting over 800 employees and was responsible for driving the people strategy across the organization. Katie also directly supported five C-Suite Executives, providing guidance on various HR functions. Before Cars.com, Katie worked at Outcome Health as an HR Director, where they played a pivotal role in the company's growth and managed complex employee relations issues. Katie started their career at Adecco Employment Services, where they held various roles, including National Accounts HR Operations Manager and Staffing Consultant. In these positions, they provided HR operational support, managed client relationships, and oversaw recruitment and compliance processes. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and data analysis.

Katie De Voto completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from Hope College between the years 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago between 2009 and 2011.
