Dr. Stephen Hart is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and information services, currently serving as the Lead Security Architect at Pay.UK since February 2018, where responsibility includes shaping the enterprise-wide security architecture for the UK’s retail payments infrastructure. With a strong academic background, including a PhD and an MSc in Cyber Security from the University of Southampton, Dr. Hart has developed innovative educational programs and serious games targeting cybersecurity awareness among secondary school students and C-Level executives. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as Head of IT Services at the Government of Jersey and senior analyst positions at Itex, with a focus on document imaging and project management.
