Carmine Grelle has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carmine began their career in 1997 as a Midshipman in the Navy Coast Guard before transitioning into roles at Marina Militare, where they were responsible for the Harbor and Naval Property department.
Grelle then joined Momentive in 1999 as a Production and Process Engineer, where they applied 6Sigma methodology to improve material balance in chemical processes. Carmine also served as a Project Manager and Control Systems Responsible.
In 2002, Grelle joined ITT Inc. and took on the role of Head of Plant Maintenance and Technical Department, managing over 60 resources. Carmine also had increased responsibility in Facilities and Technical areas and served as the Business Continuity Plan Owner.
From 2005 to 2012, Grelle held roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they managed facilities services and improvement projects for Procter & Gamble. Carmine also served as the Area Facilities Manager for Italy and the EMEA Physical Security Center of Excellence.
Grelle then joined PAYBACK in 2012 as the Head of Facilities and Global Real Estate for Italy. Carmine later became the Senior FM Operations Manager for Italy and provided remote support for Loyalty Partner Polska in Poland.
In 2012, Grelle joined American Express as the Head of Facilities and Global Real Estate for various regions. Carmine managed hard and soft services, workplace experience, design and construction projects, and remote support for multiple countries in Europe.
Throughout their career, Grelle has demonstrated expertise in facilities management, real estate, workplace experience, and construction projects. Carmine has also developed strong skills in health and safety, business continuity planning, and vendor management.
Carmine Grelle's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Liceo Scientifico, where they obtained their Secondary School degree. Carmine then went on to attend Università di Pisa from 1989 to 1997, earning an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Environmental studies.
In addition to their formal education, Carmine Grelle has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they completed the Progetto Starting Neo Dirigenti - 62^ edizione at CFMT. In 2017, they received the American Express & Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained the Harvard Leadership Edge: Communicating to Connect – Connect with Others certification from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
