Luis Carreno, MSHRM, currently serves as Manager of Customer Success at Paycor, a position held since June 2022, following a role as Senior Customer Success Manager where responsibilities included managing complex client portfolios and enhancing client satisfaction through communication and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Paycor, Luis worked as an Account Manager at Kaseya, focusing on establishing trusted relationships and driving sales through customer engagement. A former Store Manager at Sprint, Luis cultivated customer experiences and identified business leads, and previously held the position of Recreational Manager for the City of Hialeah, overseeing recreation activities and improving community services. Educationally, Luis is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Florida International University, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, and has an Associate of Arts degree in Biology from Miami Dade College.
