Sara-Kate Debord

Sara-Kate DeBord has diverse work experience in human resources. Sara-Kate started their career at Aerotek as a Recruiter from June 2009 to July 2010. Sara-Kate then moved on to Clayton L. Scroggins & Associates, Inc. where they worked as a Human Resources Representative from July 2010 to April 2012. After that, they joined Omnicare Inc., initially as an Employee Relations Coordinator from April 2012 to April 2013, then as a Human Resources Specialist from April 2013 to February 2014, and finally as an HR Business Partner II from February 2014 to October 2015. Presently, Sara-Kate is with Paycor, where they have held various HR positions, including Senior HR Business Partner from October 2015 to June 2017, Principal HR Business Partner from June 2017 to April 2021, Director HR Business Partner from April 2021 to November 2023, and currently as Senior Director HR Business Partner.

Sara-Kate DeBord earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication and Human Resources from Miami University between 2005 and 2009. Sara-Kate also obtained additional certifications including the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential in 2016, the Board Orientation Leadership Development Program from the United Way of Greater Cincinnati in 2013, and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2011.
