Antal Leib has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Antal began their career as a Technical Support for 8200 Unit before becoming an Information Systems Assistant Administrator and Instructor of Computer System Administration at Instructional School of Intelligence in 2007. In 2009, they moved to CosmoCom as a Customer Support Engineer, where they provided account management to specific customers and managed their on-going needs. In 2012, they joined Enghouse Interactive as a Customer Services Manager, responsible for managing Team Leaders & Virtual Teams of Consultancy Support and Advanced Troubleshooting Groups. Antal also served as a Customer Support Team Leader, responsible for managing the First and Second line of Support team in EMEA. In 2018, they became a Customers Executive Director at Iridize. In 2019, they joined Oracle as Israel Manager for Oracle University Education Services, where they were responsible for initiating and sustaining trusted advisor relationships with all customers in the Israeli region. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of Customer Support at PayEm and Director of Support, EMEA at Elementor.

Antal Leib has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a Human Resources - Development & Management degree in Human Resources Management and Services. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the Holon Institute of Technology and earned a BA in Learning Systems Technologies. In 2007, they attended the Instructional School of Intelligence and earned a Management & Leadership degree.
