Fabiano Francisco Ramalho

Fabiano Francisco Ramalho has held various roles throughout their work experience. Fabiano started their career as an Assistant Administrative intern at PardoPrev Convênio Odontológico in 2008. Fabiano then worked as an Assistant Administrative intern at Superintendencia De Agua E Esgoto De Votuporanga from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they served as an Assistant in IT at the Prefeitura Municipal de Votuporanga from 2011 to 2012.

In 2011, Fabiano also worked as an Educator in the field of Informatics and Development of Systems at Microlins, where they provided professional training to more than 100 students.

From 2012 to 2013, Fabiano served as an Administrative Assistant at Superintendencia De Agua E Esgoto De Votuporanga.

In 2013, Fabiano joined Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas, where they worked as a Product Owner and Business Analyst until 2018. During this time, they played a key role in product development, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decision making. Following their time at Softplan, Fabiano worked at InCuca Tech from 2019 to 2021, initially as a Product Owner and Team Leader, and later as the Head of Products and Services. In these roles, they were responsible for managing agile teams and driving the development of digital products and services. Fabiano achieved significant results, including the creation of profitable business models and the implementation of agile methodologies, resulting in a 200% increase in annual revenue for the company.

In 2022, Fabiano held Product Manager roles at Mevo and Neo Ventures, where they led the development and strategic planning of new products. At Mevo, they managed the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis to the release of the first version, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. At Neo Ventures, they contributed to the product management of a digital platform.

Currently, Fabiano works as a Product Manager at Payface, a position they have held since 2023.

Fabiano Francisco Ramalho's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Centro Universitário de Votuporanga, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Technical degree in Information Technology from Centro Paula Souza - ETEC Fernandópolis, from 2006 to 2007. Recently, in 2013 and 2014, Fabiano pursued an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Fabiano has obtained various certifications. Fabiano completed Product Discovery and Product Management courses at Cursos PM3 in October and September 2021 respectively. Fabiano also obtained a Formação G4 certification from G4 Educação in August 2021.
