Renata Alexandre

Renata Alexandre has extensive experience in product management and project management. Renata has worked for various companies, including Payface, Lend, Creditas, Locaweb, Concrete Solutions, Bemind Tecnologia, SODET - Shifting Business Into Social Machines, and Ogilvy & Mather.

At Payface, they currently hold the position of Product Manager since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Lend from December 2022 to February 2023.

Renata spent a significant amount of time at Creditas, where they held the role of Senior Product Manager - Payments and Support Experience from March 2021 to October 2022. In this position, they were responsible for improving the payment methods, solving usability problems, and managing customer support channels.

During their tenure at Locaweb from March 2020 to February 2021, Renata held two roles. Firstly, they served as the Group Product Manager - Portfolio Management, where they led a team of ten Product Managers, structured Locaweb's product portfolio, and contributed to the success of the company's IPO. Secondly, they were the Product Manager - Customer Journey Strategy, responsible for optimizing the customer journey, reducing operating costs, and driving strategic KPIs through A/B testing.

Before Locaweb, Renata worked at Concrete Solutions as a Product Manager consultant from April 2015 to July 2018. Renata contributed to the transformation of the world's largest fast food product ecosystem by improving the customer journey experience.

At Bemind Tecnologia, they held the role of Project Manager | Scrum Master from October 2014 to April 2015. Their responsibilities involved team management, collaboration with Product Managers and customers, and release structuring.

Renata's early career includes roles at SODET - Shifting Business Into Social Machines, where they worked as a Project Manager from October 2013 to July 2014. Renata managed the development of portals, intranets, and applications, as well as provided customer training on CMS usage. At Ogilvy & Mather, they held the positions of Project Assistant | Scrum Master and Project Demand Traffic from February 2013 to October 2013 and December 2011 to January 2013, respectively. In these roles, they supported the implementation of agile management methodologies, managed website maintenance tasks, and facilitated communication between different units within the company.

From 2019 to 2022, Renata attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and obtained a Pós-Graduação degree in Neurociência e Psicologia Aplicada.

In 2016, they took a course at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in Transformational Design Thinking as part of an extension program.

From 2012 to 2013, Renata pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestão de Projetos at Ibmec.

In 2006, they completed their undergraduate degree in Comunicação Social, specializing in Publicitária, at Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.

In addition to their formal education, Renata obtained several certifications. In April 2023, they received a certification in Design de serviços from Alura. In December 2015, they attained the Scaled Professional Scrum® certification from Scrum.org. In September 2019, Renata became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® through Scrum Alliance, and in July 2016, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® certification, also from Scrum Alliance.
