Anne Lacanlale

Anne Lacanlale has over a decade of work experience in various roles within the operations and customer service field. Anne is currently working as a Compliance Manager at Payfare Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked remotely in a similar role starting in the same month.

Before joining Payfare Inc., Anne worked at Ubiquity from 2012 to 2023, holding various positions. These include Associate Operations Manager from January to May 2023, Senior Team Lead - Banking Ops from April 2021 to December 2022, Risk Operations Team Lead from July 2016 to March 2021, Compliance Auditor from November 2015 to June 2016, Risk Operations Analyst (Chargeback Disputes) from October 2014 to November 2015, Data Mining Analyst from July 2014 to October 2014, Risk Operations Analyst - Phone Disputes from November 2012 to July 2014, and Customer Service Level III from November 2012 to February 2013.

Prior to their role at Ubiquity, they worked at TxVia Philippines as part of the Shared Services Group from April 2011 to November 2012. Additionally, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at IBM Global Services from September 2010 to March 2011.

Anne Lacanlale attended Taguig City University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Additionally, in 2006, they briefly attended The Fisher Valley College, studying Secondary Education Major in English.
