Charlène Diome has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Charlène began as an Informaticienne Analyste Fonctionnelle at Education et Formation in 2009. In 2010, they became a Webmaster at Blaz Project. Charlène then moved to Ingenidoc in 2011, where they worked as a Webmaster. In 2019, they became a Développeuse & SEO at MCN Multimédia Concept Normandie. In 2021, they were an Assistante marketing at ONE Ouest Normandie Equitation. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at PayGreen, where they are responsible for conducting external and internal audits, setting SMART objectives and KPIs, creating a website, and setting up social media accounts.

Charlène Diome has a diverse educational background. In 2020-2021, they completed a Manager d'unité opérationnelle degree in Marketing and Communication at VISIPLUS academy. From 2008-2009, they obtained a Licence Professionnelle Activités et Techniques de Communication, Webmestre degree in Gestion du Web / multimédia et webmaster from IUT Caen. Prior to that, from 2005-2007, they received a DUT Information et Communication degree in Gestion de l'Information et du Document dans les Organisations from IUT Quai Frissard le Havre.
