Gary Gannon

Gary Gannon has held several positions in the technology industry over the past two decades. From 1999-2001, they were the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Artios. Gary then served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at SourceXL from 2001-2003. From 2003-2005, they were a Business and Technology Consultant at Electronic Commerce Consulting, Inc. Gary then became the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Fort Knox National Company from 2005-2008. During this time, they restructured the technology organization, expanded product delivery capabilities, stabilized product offerings, and rebuilt the network operations. From 2008-2014, they served as a PCI and Information Security Consultant at MDACC, where they directed the client in achieving PCI DSS compliance. Gary was also a Sr. Security Consultant at Trustwave from 2015-2020. Most recently, they have been the Director of Internal Controls at PayJunction since 2020.

Gary Gannon received their BBA in Quantitative Analysis from The University of Memphis in 1975 and their MBA in Management Sciences from the same institution in 1976. Gary has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Information System Security Professional from (ISC)² in 2013, a Certified in Risk and Information System Control from ISACA in 2011, a Certified Information Security Management from ISACA in 2009, a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2008, a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from itSMF USA in 2005, a Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council in 2012, a OneTrust Privacy Management Professional from OneTrust in 2019, and a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (expired) from the PCI Security Standards Council in 2015.
