Jason Ketchens

Jason Ketchens has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked in various roles since 2000. Jason began their career as a Corporate Associate at Skadden Arps in 2000, where they negotiated and drafted transactional documents, conducted due diligence reviews, and researched and prepared memoranda. In 2008, they became the Vice President - Legal at Macquarie Capital Funds Inc., where they supervised the sales of large groups of assets and properties, and negotiated and drafted transactional documents. In 2010, they joined Moneris as General Counsel, where they negotiated contracts, drafted and revised forms of agreement, and maintained strong relationships with vendors, partners and customers. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as Of Counsel at Walker Morton LLP. Most recently, in 2021, they became the General Counsel at PayJunction.

Jason Ketchens completed their B.A in Government from Georgetown University in 1997 and then went on to complete their J.D from University of Chicago Law School in 2000.
