Lucía R. has worked for several companies since 2012. Lucía began their career at Telefonica as an Intern at the Controlling Department in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Interconnection Consulting as a Market Analyst. In 2014, they were an Intern at the Security & Resilience Department at OMV Group. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Global Blue as a Financial Analyst. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at payolution GmbH in various roles, including Fraud Analyst, Senior Fraud Analyst, and Lead of Fraud Analytics. Currently, they are the Head of Fraud Management at Payla.

Lucía R. graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a Licentiate degree in Business Administration & Management, majoring in Finance.
