Natesan Jayaraman

Natesan Jayaraman is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and delivering software solutions in the Human Capital Management domain. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Paylocity since January 2023, Natesan leads the architecture and delivery of a global remote software engineering organization, overseeing multiple engineering teams. Previously, Natesan held various roles at HealthStream from February 2009 to January 2023, including Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included building reusable APIs and microservices on AWS, as well as managing cross-functional software development teams. Natesan's career began at Jeevan Technologies, where roles ranged from Programming Analyst to Offshore Team Lead, contributing significantly to applications serving the healthcare and tax industries. Natesan holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Bishop Heber College in Tiruchirappalli.
