Prior to their current role, Colleen worked as a Business Development Manager at Paymerang. In this role, they were responsible for content development, including creating thought leadership presentations and client newsletters, managing the redesign process for the company's WordPress site, and producing weekly educational blog content. Colleen also developed a corporate video content strategy and oversaw the production of all corporate videos. Additionally, Colleen constructed industry white papers and managed their distribution to industry and association partners. Colleen played a key role in marketing activities, including coordinating the creation and printing of marketing materials, managing digital marketing activities, and maintaining the company website.

Outside of Paymerang, Colleen served as the Marketing Director for The Crist Team, where they oversaw marketing efforts and operations to drive business and generate leads for the brokerage and real estate team. Colleen designed and updated the company website and published educational blog content for the real estate community.
