Amy Pinkus is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation and talent management. Currently serving as Manager of Innovation Insights and Manager of Special Projects for Talent, Learning, & Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging (DIE&B) at PayPal, Amy Pinkus has also held the position of Executive Talent. Previous roles include Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, Rising Leaders Fellow and Corps Member at Teach For America, and multiple teaching positions at The Mission Preparatory School. Amy Pinkus began a career with a Partner Marketing Internship at GoPro. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and additional studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
