Magdalena Klonowska

Magdalena Klonowska is an experienced professional in the field of debt collection and management, currently holding the position of Director of amicable and judicial collection at PayPo since April 2019, along with additional roles including acting Director of Collections and Collection Manager. Magdalena also serves as Coordinator for Debt Management at Financial Services Collection Sp. z o.o. from the same date. Previously, Magdalena worked at Arvato Polska as a Legal Collection Specialist and at APS Sp. z o.o. as a Customer Service Specialist. In terms of education, Magdalena is pursuing postgraduate studies in Change Management and Strategy at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań and has completed various degrees, including postgraduate studies in Management Psychology and Customer Relationship Management at Poznan University of Economics and Business, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Production Management and Engineering.
