Christian Masters has a strong background in communications and marketing, with experience in various senior roles at companies such as NewDay, HSBC, KPMG, Visa Europe, Rio Tinto, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at NewDay, Christian has also held positions such as Senior Manager Global Marketing and Communications, Business Partner for Internal Communications, and Principal Adviser focusing on leadership and performance communications. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of the West of England.
