Nicole Goggin

Nicole Goggin is an experienced professional in implementation management and compensation analysis. Currently serving as Principal Implementation Manager at Payscale since August 2018, Nicole leads client project initiatives and provides support for data configuration and user interface within the application. Prior to this, Nicole held various roles at Eastern Bank from June 2010 to August 2018, including Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included administering compensation tasks and projects, managing the annual compensation cycle, and creating reports for senior management. Nicole also gained experience in talent acquisition and operations, and holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University.
