Ian Picken

Ian Picken is currently serving as the National Account Manager at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, since February 2023, focusing on prepaid solutions and payment processing. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Stored Value Solutions (SVS) from January 2017 to February 2023 as the Account Manager for the UK and Nordics, providing gift cards and stored value services to leading retail brands. Ian's experience includes positions as Account Manager and Customer Service Representative at CPI Card Group from January 2012 to December 2016, as well as Customer Service Representative at Cambrian Printers from January 2008 to December 2012. Education was completed at Birmingham City University, earning a degree in Business Studies between 2003 and 2006.
