Our small but dynamic team in South Africa is essential to driving Paystack's growth and success. We are responsible for finding, building and nurturing relationships with businesses of all sizes, from startups to global enterprise accounts. Our goal is to become the preferred and most reliable payment provider in South Africa. Sales plays a pivotal role at Paystack, as it directly impacts our ability to expand our customer base and deliver tailored payment solutions. By understanding the unique needs of our clients and fostering strong partnerships, we drive revenue growth and position Paystack as a leader in the region's digital payments landscape
We're seeking a self-starter with a proven ability to thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments. You should have experience navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems with minimal oversight, and successfully scaling a sales team. Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs are key to this role. This full-time role is based in-country and reporting directly to the Country Lead.
