Sheetal Kharat

Sheetal Kharat has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sheetal most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Paytm starting in March 2023. Prior to that, Sheetal served as the Head of Human Resources at Ola Financial Services from 2022 to 2023. Sheetal also held roles as an Associate Vice President at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance from 2018 to 2022, and as a Chief Manager of HR at ICICI Bank from 2013 to 2018. Sheetal's earlier experience includes positions such as a Process Manager at J P Morgan Chase from 2011 to 2013, a Manager of HR at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from 2007 to 2011, and a Senior Executive at Dun & Bradstreet in 2006.

Sheetal Kharat completed their Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a focus on Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, graduating in 2004.
