Mehmet Sezgin

Mehmet Sezgin is the Founder and CEO of myGini, Inc., specializing in payment solutions, loyalty, customer engagement, and rewards since November 2016. In addition, Mehmet serves as a Board Member at PAYTR and has held significant roles in previous organizations, including Director of Global Payment Systems at BBVA, overseeing operations for 80 million cards across 13 countries. As a Board Member for Mastercard in Europe, Mehmet contributed to the growth of the card market, and as the Founder and CEO of Garanti Payment Systems, established a rewards system that led Garanti to market leadership. Early in their career, Mehmet significantly expanded Mastercard's card base in the Eurasia region and held various managerial positions in banking and consulting. Mehmet's educational background includes an MBA from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Science from Middle East Technical University, complemented by management programs at prestigious institutions like IMD and GE Management Development Institute.
