Laura Bejarano Medina

Laura Bejarano Medina has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Laura is currently employed at PayU as the Global Lead Generation Manager, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Lead Generation Executive at PayU from April 2022 to July 2023. Before joining PayU, Laura worked at FasterPay as a Business Development Manager from April 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for driving and maintaining client relationships and managing the sales cycle. Laura also worked at Teleperformance as a Sales Operations Lead Generation for the IberoLatAm region from December 2019 to April 2021, where they created and deployed marketing campaigns and applied sales methodologies to engage potential clients. Laura's earlier roles include Sales Executive at COOMEVA from February 2016 to September 2017, where they designed and implemented strategies to increase sales volumes, and Executive Sales Consultant at Banco Pichincha from February 2014 to February 2016, where they were responsible for increasing sales revenue and consistently achieving sales quotas.

Laura Bejarano Medina completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Politécnico Grancolombiano from 2013 to 2016. Laura later pursued English for Business at City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College from 2017 to 2019. Laura also obtained additional certifications in various subjects, including FinTech, Agile Methodologies for Projects, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, and Operational Excellence Foundations, among others.
