Jayaraj Gangan

Jayaraj Gangan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jayaraj started their career as an intern at Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia WPKL, where they worked in the GST Department and Compliance Department, assisting with GST registrations, payments, and providing advice on GST treatments for different businesses.

Jayaraj then joined Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) as a Land Operation Analyst, responsible for preparing reports, updating equipment movement, and managing shippers' bookings.

After that, Jayaraj worked at Damco as a Supply Chain Associate, handling client account shipments and overseeing payment records.

Jayaraj then joined Aegis Global as a Customer Service Executive, handling live chats and assisting US/UK customers with online store inquiries.

Jayaraj's next role was at RinggitPlus, where they initially worked as a Customer Support Representative, handling calls and providing information about financial products and ongoing campaigns. Later, they took on the role of Senior Customer Experience and Operation Specialist, overseeing campaign gift fulfillment and coordinating gift deliveries.

Most recently, Jayaraj joined Paywatch as an Operations Management Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for client onboarding, periodic review, and client maintenance. Jayaraj ensures regulatory compliance, creates positive customer experiences through various channels, and serves as a subject matter expert on client due diligence. Additionally, they provide training and solutions to clients regarding internal admin portal navigation.

Jayaraj Gangan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in International Business from Universiti Malaysia Perlis in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
