Mondana Cook (Karbasi-Esfahani)

Mondana Cook has extensive work experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Mondana started their career as a Formulation Scientist at Vandsons Research in 1997 and then moved on to various roles in different companies. Mondana worked as a Development Manager at Inyx Pharmaceuticals from 2001 to 2005, followed by a position as a Development Project Manager at Evolutec from 2005 to 2007. Mondana then joined Emergent Biosolutions as an Associate Director of Project Management from 2007 to 2011. Mondana also worked as a consultant at Varleigh Immuno Pharmaceuticals/Varleigh Diagnostics Consortium for a brief period in 2011. Mondana's next role was at QIAGEN, where they served as the Director of Program Management from 2011 to 2016. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Kinomica and held this position until early 2022. Currently, Mondana serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PBD Biotech, starting in April 2022.
