Michelle Hanneman

Michelle Hanneman is an experienced culinary professional with a background in recipe development, food styling, and culinary instruction. Currently serving as a Chef Instructor at BLUE RIBBON COOKING and PCC Community Markets since November 2023, Michelle also operates as a freelance recipe developer while maintaining a role as a Barista at Cafe Javasti. Previous experience includes managing social media for AWE Studio, overseeing content management and development at Anycart and Weee!, and instructing cooking classes at Lakeside School. An educational foundation in Business Administration from Western Washington University complements Michelle's diverse skill set in hospitality and culinary management.
