Krista Reiss

Krista Reiss is the Vice President of Human Resources at PCH Hotels and Resorts, Inc. Krista has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on human resources. Krista has held positions at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Destination Hotels- Two Roads Hospitality, and PCH Hotels and Resorts. In their current role, they are responsible for overall HR strategic vision, plan and direction for the company. This includes staffing/workforce planning, executive recruitment, benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIT, employee relations, culture & engagement, training & organizational development, safety and workers compensation. Krista has been recognized for their work in developing a comprehensive service playbook for Destination Hotels, which was adopted by the company in 2015. Krista has also been recognized for their work in developing a balanced scorecard approach to support and reinforce operational excellence through the evaluation of key business metrics on a monthly basis.

Krista Reiss has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Maryland College Park in Health and Human Performance. Krista is also certified in the Professional Dynametrics Program (PDP) and has completed the Pillars and Foundations instructional techniques courses from Freeman & Associates Consulting Group.
