Noel O'Hara has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Noel is currently serving as the Customer Operations Director at PCI Pharma Services, where they lead a dedicated team and ensures high levels of service and support for commercial customers. Noel O'Hara began their education in 1990 at the Letterkenny Institute of Technology, where they studied Applied Biology until 1993. After that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended the National College of Ireland, where they focused on Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal education, Noel has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2013, they earned a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Trigraph Professional Services. In 2018, they received a certification in GDPR and Data Protection from the IPA (Institute of Public Administration). In 2020, they obtained a First Aid Responder certification from Glenart College. Lastly, in April 2022, they completed a course called "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" through LinkedIn.
