Tom Young

Tom Young serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition Strategies at PCL Construction, a role held since January 2024. Previously, Tom held significant positions at VF Corporation from October 2014 to July 2023, including Senior Director of Global Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action and Senior Director, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where Tom spearheaded strategies to enhance associate experience, culture, and global talent acquisition processes. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Siemens, Campbell Soup Company, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Covance, Telcordia Technologies, Tekmark Global Solutions, and The Shaw Group, focusing on talent acquisition and staffing operations across various industries. Tom holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Organizational Behavior & Management and Business Economics from Brown University, earned in May 1992.
