Therese Padgham

Therese Padgham is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, communication, and customer service. Since November 2014, Therese has served as a Substitute Teacher with PCMI Services, fostering connections with educators and students. Concurrently, Therese has contributed to Welcoming Results as part of a team focused on audience engagement and social business solutions. Previous roles include customer service positions with MDOT and Menards, as well as editorial responsibilities as editor-in-chief for Wayne State PRSSA. Therese has also volunteered with the Blue Water Film Festival in marketing and communication. A longstanding tenure at Macy's involved supporting executive management and corporate initiatives, while earlier experience as an Executive Assistant at CSVA, Inc. involved media coordination and event management. Therese holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations from Wayne State University and an Associate's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, graduating cum laude from St. Clair County Community College.
