Benjamin Kearns

Benjamin Kearns serves as President of PCX Aerosystems since November 2022, following the company's acquisition of Timken Aerospace Drive Systems. Prior to this role, Kearns held various leadership positions including General Manager at The Timken Company, President and Executive Vice President at Lapeer Industries, and General Manager at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, where overall leadership and full P&L responsibilities were managed. Experience at Boeing included serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for the 787 Dreamliner and Manager of Business Operations. Earlier career experiences also encompassed engineering and program management roles at companies such as IAC Group, Lear Corporation, Grupo Antolin, and HMS Products. Kearns holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a BSME from Kettering University, along with multiple certifications in Six Sigma methodologies.
