Dawn Legere

Dawn Legere serves as Chief Financial Officer of the corporation and has responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Human Resource Management. Dawn has previously served as the Director of Corporate Operations and the Vice President of Corporate Operations for PD Systems prior to her appointment as CFO. She joined PD Systems in 2007 after serving 8 years as the Director of Business Operations to Radian, Inc. Her wide-range of experience is enhanced by her former employment with the Department of the Navy’s Consolidated Personnel Office, Mergers and Acquisitions Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and the Professional Relations and Research Institute (PRRI). Dawn received her education at George Mason University and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
