Cassie Spillner

Cassie Spillner currently serves as the Director of CRM at PDI Software, leading the CRM Operations team in marketing campaign development and execution for the Shell Fuel Rewards program and various convenience retailer clients. Cassie has extensive experience in CRM and loyalty marketing, having previously held positions as a CRM Campaign Manager and a Senior Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included managing loyalty partnerships and developing marketing strategies for customer engagement. Additional roles include freelance consulting in content marketing for SiteTraxx, and various positions at Best Western and other firms focused on database marketing, sales systems, and account management. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin.
